Professional & Pre-Professional
Programs are tailored to sports specific needs and performance in critical situations. Agility, flexibility, pacing, balance…..injury prevention, pot injury rehabilitation.
Dancers have a unique training regimen that is completely different from sport. Careful cross-training can improve the longevity and health of dancers if appropriately integrated with respect to the. art form.

PRIVATE SESSIONS
Private Sessions are one-on one to give the participant full attention from the instructor.
Gyrotonic or Pilates equipment is used to give support & feedback, as well aspropel your learning curve forward.
This is great for those who need a quiet calm space without distractions.
SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS
Semi-Private Sessions are great for people who want a workout partner (or two).
This is a great way to stay motivated and insure that you will show up!! It’s best to have some private sessions to begin, so the teacher gets to know you.
Semi-privates are dependent on selecting a group of friends that will be consistent about their attendance, and have the ability to be partly independent.
SMALL GROUP CLASSES
Small Group classes in Gyrokinesis, Pilates Mat, or Free Weights are performed in a studio independently of equipment.
Gyrokinesis and Pilates classes implement sitting on stools, as well as sitting or lying on the floor.
At times, props such as small balls, Pilates Magic Circle or Therabands may be incorporated for enhanced intensity.
Classes are available by request. Feel free to contact me if you would like to put together a Group training that is currently not being offered.
- Please Note: Courses can be created for groups with medical issues, and tailored to specific needs & area of concern.
CIRCUIT TRAINING
Circuit Training Classes are a wonderful approach & a lot of fun if you already know the work and want a more intense challenge.
Participants move through a pre-determined sequence of exercises, using various pieces of equipment at timesd intervals.
Prior knowledge of the equipment is necessary for successful outcomes. Having the ability and endurance to push yourself and keep a steady pace is also important.
THERAPEUTIC SESSIONS
This is the preferred and careful approach for those who need extra attention and healing.
Lear to adapt to conditions as we age, prevent falls, or just learn new ways of standing, sitting and walking. a lot of sensitivity as to age, ability, injury,
It’s recommended to attend Private Sessions for maximum benefit.
