Every individual has the potential to move in a beautiful way.

Moving in beauty can mean different things to different people - moving without fear or insult, moving through injuries, moving with strength and power, moving with grace and fluidity. In Native American culture “the beauty way” symbolizes working from a place of kindness and integrity, of creating positive instead of negative forces in our lives. It means to walk in balance in all that we do, in all that we are, and in our interactions with everything that lives on this planet. A big task!

We make choices every day. When involved purely with moving our bodies, rhythmically and with breath, time is suspended in a way that lets us enjoy being in the moment. We find delight in simply being. There is no judgement. It is a way to feel good and forget about life for a while, to play and be childlike if we want. By finding beauty in the way we move, it can be taken into daily life, work, and eventually the lessons can be shared with our families, communities, and the world around us.

Every individual knows what they love.

Enjoying things we love is an expression of beauty. Finding our unique expression, whether in life,  art, music or business requires us to understand the positive and negative forces at work in our own lives. These forces are embodied in our thoughts and actions - showing up in our movements and in the way we carry ourselves (our self’s).

If one is able to bring what they love to their workouts, the experience will be more engaging and results will be fulfilling for the individual.

Be in the moment of movement. Feel your body don’t think about it.  Lose yourself for a moment, away from our busy world. Move with beauty and grace.  Create your own story. There is no wrong way to do anything - only lots of right ways. Cultivate the best in yourself.

I would like to invite you into a studio where you can participate in creating optimal health while enjoying the process. To create a beautiful body, a beautiful you and a beautiful life, because how we do one thing is how we do everything.
